Terms of Use for Bestyieldfinder Account - A Detailed Version
Introduction
These terms of use ("Terms") apply to the provision of your account on Bestyieldfinder by Bestyieldfinder AB, 556260-0089, ("Bestyieldfinder AB" or "we") on www.bestyieldfinder.com or in Bestyieldfinder's mobile applications ("App") (collectively "Bestyieldfinder's Channels") and the interaction you have with Bestyieldfinder and in Bestyieldfinder's Channels when you are logged in. In the Terms, you can read more about what it means to create an account. Please read the Terms and our privacy policy before creating an account. By creating an account, you accept these Terms. The Terms shall apply in relevant parts even after an account has been terminated. In addition to these Terms, Bestyieldfinder's app terms (available in each App) apply if you use any of our mobile applications ("App Terms") and, if you advertise your services on Bestyieldfinder, the terms and conditions for Bestyieldfinder's advertising services. Where not otherwise stated here, the terms of use for Bestyieldfinder.com also apply.
Bestyieldfinder Account
Bestyieldfinder offers you the chance to create a free account and get a better and more personalized user experience by using additional features on Bestyieldfinder ("Bestyieldfinder Account"). Through the account, you can, for example, save properties or search criteria to view later. You can also use our free valuation service to find out and follow the approximate yield of your property. The Bestyieldfinder Account is a free. When you create the account, login credentials are created for your user account. Other personal data will also be processed within the framework of the Bestyieldfinder Account, primarily logs and data about your search and click history that enable your personalized experience. You can terminate your account and your use of the Bestyieldfinder Account at any time by clicking on "Dashboard" and then "Account deletion request" when logged in. If you terminate the account, Bestyieldfinder will permanently delete your login credentials and the personal data processed to provide the account. Bestyieldfinder may from time to time offer all or parts of new features on Bestyieldfinder, which are not fully developed, for a limited time. These are usually marked as "Beta" and are provided only for you to test and evaluate the function. It's not certain that these features will work as intended, and they may contain errors and bugs. These features are provided for testing only, and Bestyieldfinder may at any time, without notice, limit access to or completely delete such beta versions and all data associated with them.
Your Account and Your Personal Data
For the Bestyieldfinder Account to function, Bestyieldfinder will process your personal data, partly to make your account and login work and partly to personalize your experience in accordance with the purpose of the Bestyieldfinder Account. It is entirely voluntary to use the Bestyieldfinder Account. To give you a personalized experience on Bestyieldfinder, we will use logs and cookies and/or similar technologies. Bestyieldfinder is the data controller for processing your personal data in the Service. You can read more about our processing of your personal data in our privacy policy and cookie policy. We may also process your personal data for direct marketing (e.g., email newsletters).
Membership Registration
To become a Member (Free) and a Premium Member (Paying customer), registration of an email address, mobile phone, and password is required. By registering, the member confirms that they are a physical or legal person and that the member is over 18 years old. It is not allowed for multiple people to share a membership. Creating an account is free, but to access more services, the user must pay for a Premium membership. Payment is required to become a Premium member (See "Payment").
Payment, Cancellation, and Refund
Payment Options for Premium
On Bestyieldfinder, there is one payment option that the user can choose to become a Premium member for a specified period. This is a Monthly Subscription (See "Monthly Subscription"). Payment for the Monthly Subscription is handled by Stripe. Bestyieldfinder does not store your credit card information.
Monthly Subscription
If you choose to pay via Monthly Subscription, your Premium, Pro, or Pro+ membership on Bestyieldfinder will automatically continue month-to-month until it is canceled. Unless you cancel your membership before the monthly renewal date, you agree that the subscription fee for the next month will be charged to your payment method (See "Cancellation" below). Billing for Monthly Subscription
The subscription fee will be billed monthly to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the first day of your paid subscription. In some cases, the timing of billing may change, for example, if your Payment Method could not be verified or if your paid subscription started on a date that does not exist in a given month. Visit our website and click on Billing Information on the My Page if you want to see your next payment date.
Payment Methods for Monthly Subscription
You can change your Payment Method by visiting our website and clicking the link My Page. If a payment cannot be processed due to the Payment Method expiring, insufficient funds, or other issues, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account, we may suspend access to the service until we have received a valid Payment Method. For some payment methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your Payment Method provider for more information.
Cancellation of Monthly Subscription
You can cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the Premium, Pro, or Pro+ membership until the end of your monthly billing period. Bestyieldfinder does not provide refunds or credits for months that have already started. Go to the My Page and follow the instructions to cancel the subscription. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically terminate at the end of your current billing period. If you want to see when your account will be terminated, go to My Page.
Direct Payment
Direct Payment (Also known as "Fixed Cost" / Prepayment) means that the user pays for a specified period at a set price. Direct Payment does not require an active cancellation of the membership, and the service will automatically end right after the payment period concludes. The user retains the account after the payment period ends. The account user can choose whether he/she wants to renew the membership.
Refund
Refunds can occur in connection with the right of withdrawal 14 days after purchase, or if the service has not been delivered to the user, the Member is entitled to recover the fees paid.
Price Changes and Subscription Changes
We occasionally change our subscriptions and adjust the prices of our services. However, any price changes or changes to our subscriptions will take effect for you no earlier than 30 days after you have been notified of this via email.
Unauthorized Use
You are responsible for providing us with your correct contact details so that we can verify your identity and contact you if needed. You are personally responsible for all use of the Bestyieldfinder Account and ensuring that only you have access to your login credentials and that you log out when leaving your computer/device unattended. If you breach the Terms or use the Bestyieldfinder Account in a way that may cause damage to Bestyieldfinder or a third party, Bestyieldfinder has the right to suspend or limit your access to the Bestyieldfinder Account at any time.
Intellectual Property Rights
Bestyieldfinder's Channels contain content protected by intellectual property law, such as copyright. Bestyieldfinder also has a database protected by copyright law. Use contrary to these Terms may constitute an infringement of Bestyieldfinder's or Bestyieldfinder's licensors' intellectual property rights and may be prosecuted. Infringement entails liability for damages. Commercial or systematic use of Bestyieldfinder is not permitted, and any use of automated services such as crawling, or the use of robots or indexing techniques to aggregate or otherwise use content on Bestyieldfinder is prohibited. Regardless of the method, it is forbidden to reproduce copies of content on Bestyieldfinder, other than for private use.
Changes and Updates
We continuously work on developing and improving functions in the Bestyieldfinder Account and other services and products. Bestyieldfinder reserves the right to change the functions available in Bestyieldfinder and in the Bestyieldfinder Account over time, merge the Bestyieldfinder Account with other services, or cease to provide the Bestyieldfinder Account. Updates and functions are provided when they become available, including security updates to keep Bestyieldfinder secure and in accordance with these Terms. We will inform you of changes in accordance with mandatory consumer protection legislation.
Maintenance and Support
Bestyieldfinder strives to ensure that the Bestyieldfinder Account is available 24/7. Bestyieldfinder has the right to perform system maintenance, error correction, updates, and similar actions for technical and operational reasons. Availability may be affected by external factors such as network connectivity. Bestyieldfinder's maintenance work will be conducted at times that minimize potential impact on services as much as possible.
Liability
Bestyieldfinder is only responsible for damages due to faults in the Service according to mandatory consumer protection legislation. This assumes that you have taken reasonable measures to limit your damage. We are not responsible for any errors resulting from your failure to install updates provided, provided you were informed that updates were available and of the consequences of not installing them, and the failure to install is not due to the installation instructions.
Bestyieldfinder provides only financial information and technical solutions via the website to assist users in conducting their own analyses. Bestyieldfinder does not provide advice or buy/sell recommendations for individual properties. The service is based on objective facts and contains no assumptions or purchasing advice. Each individual visitor or paying member makes their own assumptions and evaluations; therefore, Bestyieldfinder cannot be held responsible for the investment decisions and their consequences that may arise from the financial information provided by the website.
How to Delete Your Account (Right of Withdrawal)
As a consumer, your right of withdrawal applies within fourteen (14) days from when you accepted these Terms and thus entered into the agreement with us. However, the Bestyieldfinder Account is free, and you can terminate your account and withdraw from the agreement at any time, even after 14 days. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we recommend deleting your account by clicking on "Dashboard" and then "Account deletion request" when logged in. We will then generally stop using any content you have provided or created in the Bestyieldfinder Account and delete the personal data you have provided us. Note that your account will remain, and your personal data will be processed via your account if you only uninstall the App from your device but do not delete your account. You also have the option to exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at the contact details provided below or using the Consumer Agency's standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal.
Changes to the Terms
Bestyieldfinder has the right to change these Terms from time to time. The current version of the Terms is available via https://www.bestyieldfinder.com/terms-of-use and in the App. We will inform you of significant changes to the terms in an appropriate manner.
Agreement Duration and Termination
The agreement between us and you regarding your use of the Bestyieldfinder Account begins when you accept these Terms and applies until you deregister your account. You have the right to terminate the agreement at any time by deregistering your account. In such a case, you have the opportunity to enter into a new agreement by registering an account again. We have the right to terminate the agreement at any time by notifying you. We also have the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect by deleting your user account if you breach these Terms. We may refuse registration of a new user account if you have previously been suspended from the Bestyieldfinder Account or if your previous agreement was terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
Other
We have the right to transfer our rights and obligations under the agreement without your consent. We have the right to engage subcontractors to perform all or part of the agreement.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
Swedish law shall apply to the Terms. In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from alternative dispute resolution bodies. You have the right to contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) to have a dispute reviewed. ARN can be contacted through their website www.arn.se or by sending a letter to Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. You also have the option to complain via the EU's web-based dispute resolution service available at www.ec.europa.eu.
